Our offices are in Sussex and Norfolk, and a large proportion of our time is spent in London, so we primarily work with businesses in these areas. However, remote support is very easy to do and wherever you are, we can assist you.

My Avaya system is broken right now, can you help?

Of course! Although we do offer support contracts for unbeatable value, Technology Box also operate on a ‘pay as you go basis’, which means you can utilise our skills and expertise as needed, without a contract. In most cases, we’ll be able sort your problem over the phone, but for more complex issues we can set up remote support, or arrange a convenient time to visit your premises.
