The results of last week’s survey are in and we’ve had an overwhelmingly positive response. 100% of respondents said that they would recommend us to others, and the “How do you rate us” question returned all positives, with 65% “excellent”, 30% “good” and just under 5% “satisfactory”. We surveyed 75 customers and received 23 replies.
When asked what they liked about our service, the key areas where we were performing well were speed and personal service.
“You respond quickly to any problems we have with the phones and make every effort to resolve any issues as soon as possible while keeping us informed throughout the process. Your staff is friendly and helpful”

“It is very easy to get hold of someone to speak to on the phone and if I email you then you also get back to me quickly. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Technology Box has always been friendly, helpful, and explained everything really clearly, not using unnecessary jargon and making it easy for me to understand the problem. It’s also good having a point of contact on specific issues so that when I get in touch, I don’t have to explain the situation anew each time – that’s really helpful. I also always feel well informed and kept in the loop about our system and progress.”
Over the coming year we’ll make sure that we maintain these high standards. We also received some helpful suggestions from our customers and we’re implementing these straight away. We’ll start by creating a password-protected knowledge base where you’ll be able to connect and see simple “How to” instructions for common tasks. As always, this will be customised so that it only includes tips that are relevant to your systems.
